Axiogenesis provides highly specialized in vitro toxicology services focused on the use of stem cells and stem cell derived cell types.

Our customers are pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical companies as well as research institutions seeking predictive, relevant and robust in vitro test systems that need only minimum amounts of test compounds. Therefore the tests provide insight into a compound's toxicity already at early stages of compound development, reducing costs as well as the likelihood to fail later.

Besides our µEST test for embryotoxicity and teratogenicity and the Cor.At Tox test for cardiomyocytes specific cytotoxicity, Axiogenesis' services portfolio includes also basic assays like the E-screen on estrogenic activity and cytotoxicity test using standard cell lines (e.g. 3T3, HepG2).
We also offer a variety of electrophysiology services using our Cor.At cardiomyocytes, enabeling to compare toxicity with possible effects on cardiac electrophysiology within the same cell system.
