Endo.4M - murine endothelial cells

The Endo.4M® Bundle/starter kit enables the customer to perform a quick and easy initial experiment in his field of research. The kit includes 1 vial of Endo.4M® GFP endothelial cells with 1 million viable cells, Endothelial Growth Medium (EGM - Lonza) culture medium as well as all necessary disposables needed for thawing and seeding of the cells. This is enough to obtain a confluent layer on one 10 cm plate or fill  one 96-well plate.

 
The kit provides a starting point for many applications including Immunohistochemistry, VEGF stimulation, signaling pathway analysis and gene expression studies.
