Cor.At Tox Kit

The Cor.At Tox Kit enables the customer to perform a standard cytotoxicity test on Cor.At cardiomyocytes using Neutral Red Uptake test as read-out. The kit includes a 96 well plate pre-seeded with Cor.At GFP cardiomyocytes, Cor.At thawing media, Cor.At culture media as well as the detection system and positive and negative controls.

The kit is designed for the customer who needs a quick and easy answer about cardiomyocyte-specific cytotoxicity of a test compound. If a more mature toxicity study or other end points are needed, please contact us, and check our Cor.At Tox Service.
