Cor.At GFP

Cor.At® GFP cardiomyocytes are 100% pure, primary-like cardiomyocytes expressing TagGFP2. They are reproducing an authentic cellular environment which is fully characterized, including electrophyisology, gene analysis, and protein expression.

Cor.At® GFP cardiomyocytes  are available in different formats which are suitable for various applications, e.g. electrophysiology, basic cardiac physiology, target discovery, and toxicology. Possible methodology includes manual patch clamp, immunostaining, automated patch clamp, cyotoxicity, mitochondrial toxicity, label-free systems, Ca-flux analysis incl. HTS on FLIPR, and high content analysis. Please refer to the Product Selector. All formats of Cor.At® GFP cardiomyocytes come with medium (100 mL or 250 mL, NA and EU serum available) and puromycin.
