IMPORTANT PATENT GRANTED TO AXIOGENESIS 
 

Cologne, 9th December 2009 

It was announced today, that the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s
Republic of China has granted an important patent in China: “System for cell-specific and development-specific selection of differentiating embryonic stem cells, adult stem cells and embryonic germline cells“ to Axiogenesis AG. 

 

This patent further strengthens the patent pool of Axiogenesis surrounding the directed differentiation of stem cells.  

 

NANION AND AXIOGENESIS PRESENT PARALLEL PATCH CLAMP RECORDINGS OF ACTION POTENTIALS FROM Cor.At® CARDIOMYOCYTES

Stem cell derived cardiomyocytes were analyzed using Nanion's automated patch clamp systems, the Patchliner and the Port-a-Patch to validate ion channel composition, the presence of action potentials and the effect of compounds on cardiac ion channels.
