Hypertrophy testing

Cor.At^® pure cardiomyocytes provide a unique cellular model for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy that makes the drug discovery and development process more efficient and convenient. See also our My.Cor service.

Cor.At^® cells are reliably induced to reproduce features of hypertrophic cardiomyocytes when stimulated with specific agonists. 

They allow the determination of a compounds effect on hypertrophic cardiomyocytes in vitro and enable screening of large compound libraries. This system has been validated with reference drugs known to suppress cardiomyopathy (Fig.1).
