Gene expression analysis
Cor.At® pure cardiomyocytes represent primary-like cells with the typical characteristics and features of primary cardiomyocytes. They provide a standardized and homogenous cell source for the analysis of gene expression in cardiomyocytes. RNA preparations are available from day 2 and day 14 of culture representing different stages of cardiomyocyte maturation.
