Label free analysis

The combined use of Cor.At® cell and the Roche's RTCA cardio instruments allow continous and precise measurements of cardiotoxic effects. Physiologically relevant responses of cardiomyocytes at different time points of culture can be continuously monitored by label-free realtime cellular analysis. In addition, repeated doses can be applied to clarify the chronic effects of compounds within a long-term analysis. Furthermore, functional drug effects on Cor.At® cells like GPCR mediated responses can  be addressed using the xCelligence concept.
